Rates: 
Please find the rates for the on-board section in the separate price listing. Transportation from your home to the point of departure is not included.
Kitty: 
Based on full board basis, which includes food, drinks, fuel, gas, harbour fees, water etc.. The amount in Euro must be paid by the beginning of the trip. Dinner an on land is not included in the kitty.
Application: Via email or with the registration form which you can find in the "route plan". Please send it to: martin@segelreisen.ch. The registration will be confirmed by the Binswanger-Lines within 48 hours.
Payment conditions: After you have received confirmation from Binswanger-Lines, please send the amount due within 30 day.
Insurance: The Styrr is fully insured. Accident insurance as well as travel insurance remains the guests responsibility.
Cancellation: If you cancel up to 12 weeks prior to the start of the trip and you are unable to find a replacement for your reservation, you loose 50% of your payment. If you cancel less than 12 week prior to the start of the trip and have not found a replacement, you will be liable for the total cost of the trip.
Miles: The miles mentioned in the separate listing are approximates only. Depending on the crew and weather conditions, the miles may differ from the miles listed. The Skipper maintains responsibility for the route and the yacht and will decide if a route has to be changed due to weather conditions. Special wishes from the crew will be considered, if they don't interfere with the safety of the trip. Crew members can participate in sailing the boat, depending on their abilities.
Beginning and Ending of a sailing trip: Please note that the cabins will be ready for you from Saturday 04:00 p.m. Let the sailing begin!
Leaving the port: Sunday.
Checkout: Friday 11:00 AM.
Cancellation/ interruption of the trip: In case of cancellation or interruption of the trip before the start, or if the trip has to be cancelled due to a third party, the full amount of the on-board section will be refunded. If the trip has to be halted in advance, the guests will be refunded pro-rata. Guests have to accept a shortage of max. 1,5 days/per week, caused by possible technical reasons. In case a trip is unable to start at the planned destination, Binswanger-Lines will cover travel expenses to the new destination. The same wil appliy for the return to the planned destination.
Exceptions, such as change of routes, change of start and end of a trip, as well as an interruption of a trip due to weather conditions, acts of God or on order of an authority, must be accepted.
Substitute of the yacht: If, for whatever reasons, the Styrr is not available, the guests will accept a similar yacht as replacement.
